Graphic Designing & Content Creation

All services are provided based on agreed scope, timelines, and pricing.

2. Payments & Billing

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned in a written agreement.

Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information, content, and approvals on time

Cooperate during the project execution

Ensure that provided content does not violate any copyright or legal rules

Rudraa Digital will not be responsible for delays caused due to lack of client inputs.

4. Results Disclaimer

Digital marketing results depend on multiple factors such as market conditions, competition, platform policies, and client cooperation.
👉 We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, rankings, or revenue.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, creatives, and content remain the property of Rudraa Digital until full payment is received.

After payment, the client gets usage rights for the delivered work.

6. Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for policy changes, account bans, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or other tools.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with prior notice.
Outstanding dues must be cleared before termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rudraa Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
